HelseIArbeid is a collaborative initiative between NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) and the healthcare services, aimed at ensuring that as many people as possible can have a good work-life despite any health issues.

Challenge

HelseIArbeid is focused on promoting health and preventative knowledge dissemination in the workplace while linking this information to each individual’s work environment.

The goal is for employees to feel secure in their jobs despite any physical or mental challenges they may face.

Through HelseIArbeid, there is also an offer for quick clarification of potential treatment needs through a multidisciplinary assessment at a polyclinic.

The knowledge-sharing initiative within HelseIArbeid aims to enhance the workplace’s ability to treat everyone with respect, allowing individuals to make informed choices based on knowledge and understanding, with recognition from their colleagues.

Solution

To communicate this, we created an animated universe that avoids feeling too heavy or somber, while still treating the content with dignity.

A key design element we used was circles— a symbol of safety and positivity, and a form that is also featured in the logos of both NAV and the Norwegian Directorate of Health.

The design language also included a degree of exaggeration but was done in a way that maintained the respect the subject deserves.

"For TRY Apt, it was important to communicate the theme without giving the impression of a reprimanding finger pointing at those struggling with health issues."

– Christoffer Klungerbo, Motion Designer at TRY Motion
