Work as a developer at TRY

Join a growing team of more than 30 developers at the TRY-house.

Great flexibility

Working as a technologist in TRY means being part of a dynamic and creative environment where development and innovation are the focus. At TRY Dig, one of the four specialised departments at the TRY-house,  we have structured our work around three customer segments:

  • Digital service development
  • Digital commerce
  • HubSpot

This gives you the possibility to work on varied projects of varying length and complexity - some may last a month, others a year.

Rich development environment

In TRY Dig we work with modern technologies and with a main focus on TypeScript and C#. As a developer with us, you are constantly involved in deciding which technologies we will use and how they are best used. Our everyday work is not influenced by legacy, and we use proven platforms and libraries as much as we can.

We have also chosen to invest both time and effort in a good toolbox of AI services to assist us in our work, ranging from GitHub Copilot to an internal ChatGPT available for you.

Ultimately, it is about how we can provide the best experiences for end users, and therefore, we believe technology should support this rather than hinder it.

Everything happens at the TRY-house

Unlike many consulting firms, we believe primarily in the strength of having all employees gathered under the same roof at the TRY-house, near Egertorget. Here, you have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled colleagues from various fields, such as animators, sustainability experts, and everything in between.

When it is convenient for the process and the end product, we naturally also sit together with our clients. Whether it's at their location, our office, or our beautiful additional office in Grunerløkka.

Additionally, we also have offices in Bergen, Trondheim, Gøteborg and Riga.

Our employees are not only skilled in their respective fields but also engaged in various interests outside of work. At our company, you will meet colleagues who are passionately involved in photography, video production, fitness, dance, and much more. This creates an inspiring and social work environment, with meaningful conversations and motivation to explore new opportunities.
